The location near downtown Guasave is a major plus. Just a few blocks from the mercado, I found amazing fresh cooked Mexican food and unique shops. The attentive staff were always ready to help, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The laundry service was efficient, which made my life a lot easier. On the downside, the room temperature was too cold for my comfort. I felt like the heater wasn’t working properly. The overall cleanliness could’ve been better as well. I noticed some linens were stained. Still, the hotel’s bustling atmosphere and convenient amenities made it enjoyable overall.

I really enjoyed my stay here.
